Our Progress:
Maximum sit-ups in a minute: Mandy: 16 before, 23 after week 4, 24 after week 8
Mike: 24 before, 30 after week 4, 32 after week 8
Sit and Reach Flexibility: Mandy: +2 inches before, +5 after week 4, +6 after week 8
Mike: -12 inches before, -7 after week 4, -5 1/2 after week 8
Max Push-ups With Good Form: Mandy: 15 girlies before, 32 girlies week 4, 38 girlies week 8; Mike: 11 before, 16 after week 4, 20 after week 8
Static Plank Hold: Mandy: 41 seconds before, 1 minute week 4, 1:07 week 8
Mike: 41 seconds before, 1:11 week 4, 1:20 week 8
Mandy has dropped 1 and 1/2 inches off of her waist and a full inch off of her hips!
