Video Testimony from participants
Each session generally consists of a short video clip (usually for comic relief to introduce the subject), a 15-30 minute talk, and then 30-45 minutes for the couples to both journal about the topic individually and then come together to discuss the topic in private. They are given questions to help stimulate thought concerning each topic.
